The Parish Council of Immaculate Conception Church (ICC) is in the process of preparing a strategic plan for the Parish, the purpose of which is to develop a vision of a future in keeping with our Parish's mission statement. As proud and faithful members of our Parish, our goal is a long and successful future for our church.

Your input is essential to developing our plan. To that end, the Parish Council has developed two questionnaires to gain insight into your views on Parish life - one for Active Parishioners, and another for Former/Intermittent Parishioners. We encourage you to respond candidly, to help us move ICC in a positive direction.

The questionnaires will be available online here, and in hardcopy at the Church, throughout Lent. All responses will be COMPLETELY confidential and anonymous, unless you wish to add your name to them.
